Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Denton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elio Mohorovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Who let the dogs out?. Mohorovic has chosen Roots by Sepultura as his entrance music. Elio Mohorovic struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson loads up on a big right hand but Mohorovic slips the punch.
Mohorovic smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Jackson jabs at Mohorovic's body.
Mohorovic misses with a takedown
and Jackson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jackson throws a hook but Mohorovic avoids it easily.
Jackson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jackson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mohorovic.

Jackson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jackson scores with a shot to the side of Mohorovic's head.
Jackson is pressed up against the ropes. Mohorovic has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jackson down to the mat. Jackson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Mohorovic fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Denton Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elio Mohorovic.
Jackson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Mohorovic shoots in and drives through. Jackson sprawls well.

Jackson is looking to control Mohorovic's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jackson avoid being mounted?

Mohorovic has hold of Jackson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Jackson seems comfortable defending it but Mohorovic has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Jackson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Jackson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mohorovic couldn't care less - he's delighted!
