The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mile doesn't manage to clinch there - Faure circles away.
Faure shoots for a takedown but Mile saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mile thumps Faure with a low kick.
Faure has his takedown stuffed
and Mile counters with a good low kick that Faure was not able to check.
Mile lands with a good body shot.
Mile moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Carson Mile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Faure gets tackled into the cage by Mile. Mile maintains the clinch.
Faure prevents a body shot from Mile.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mile.
Mile misses with a short punch on the inside.
Faure is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Mile cracks Faure with a nice body shot.
Faure is breathing heavily.
Mile lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mile creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Mile lands a left hand.
Faure prevents a body shot from Mile.
Mile goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Mile.
Mile lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Faure is rocked!
Faure has clasped his hands together around Mile's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Mile bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Faure takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Oh Faure is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A slapping leg kick lands for Mile.
Mile lands with a big left! Faure is wobbled badly! Mile comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Faure to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Carson Mile!
