Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonah Hex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Polski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hex might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to DMX: Tales From The Hood. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hex blocks a jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Polski. Hex does a little dance to reset his feet.
Polski tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hex was well out of range. Poor timing from Polski.

That was a close round but I would say that Jonah Hex will probably get the nod.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Hex here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
