Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alberto Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernest Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonzales is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rick Ross. Alberto Rua looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alberto Rua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ernest Gonzales!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzales shoots in but no luck this time.
Gonzales throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rua was covering up waiting for the punch and Gonzales finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Rua has his foot on Gonzales's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gonzales works his way back into a safe position though.
Rua working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gonzales doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Rua is tightening it up a little... Gonzales has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Gonzales reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Gonzales taps out! Nice BJJ there by Rua!
