Ritzik looks for the body kick but Sonnen saw that one coming.
Sonnen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ritzik to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Beau Sonnen has been cut.
Ritzik tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Sonnen shoots in but Ritzik avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ritzik moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ritzik connects with an inside leg kick.
Ritzik defending well as Sonnen loads up on a big left hand.
Ritzik avoids the body shot from Sonnen.
Ritzik lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sonnen is breathing heavily.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sonnen is defended easily by Ritzik.
Ritzik dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sonnen could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Ritzik fakes the body blow, causing Sonnen to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Sonnen goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
