Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Christopher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton LaVey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaVey has chosen Punishment as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bryan Christopher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anton LaVey!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaVey misses with a low kick as Christopher jumps back.
Christopher checks a low kick from LaVey.

Christopher clinches up against the cage.
LaVey drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Christopher gets the underhooks and prevents it.
LaVey tries to work over Christopher's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Christopher turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Christopher manages to end up in side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Christopher lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
LaVey throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
LaVey is working to avoid the ground and pound but Christopher connects with a decent elbow.

Christopher decides to stand back up. Christopher steps back and let's LaVey get back to his feet.

LaVey on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Christopher. Christopher obviously looking to wear him down.
LaVey throws a push kick but Christopher slaps the foot to one side.

Christopher pushes LaVey up against the cage in a clinch.

LaVey looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
LaVey has had enough of the clinch but Christopher keeps him there for the moment.

Christopher turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
LaVey tries to improve position but can't.
Christopher has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Christopher is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but LaVey is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
LaVey wants to get back to his feet.
LaVey takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
LaVey gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Still in half guard, Christopher seems content to control.

Christopher is taking a breather. LaVey says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Bryan Christopher wasn't doing enough on the ground.
LaVey throws a combination that misses

and Christopher counters with a shoot takedown. LaVey fights it but they end up in guard.
Christopher works over LaVey with some ground and pound from guard.
Christopher trying to control the position from guard on top but LaVey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Christopher seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
LaVey tries to land a sweep but no joy.

LaVey is looking to clinch but Christopher is avoiding it.
Christopher takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Christopher shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

LaVey is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Christopher is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Christopher can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as LaVey is looking to escape.
LaVey is in a horrible position here. Christopher smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That has opened up Anton LaVey's cut even more.
Christopher tries to control but LaVey wriggling away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
LaVey is working to get back to half guard.
Christopher looking to control and managing it successfully.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

LaVey swats away the attempt to clinch by Christopher.
Horrible takedown by Christopher or perhaps it was just good defense by LaVey which made him look bad.

Christopher gets to his feet - LaVey follows without any prompting.

LaVey stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and LaVey wants it to stay on the feet.

Bryan Christopher is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

LaVey throws a chopping leg kick but Christopher manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

LaVey gets caught napping as Christopher dives in and scores a takedown. LaVey manages to retain guard.
LaVey is trying to control the position but Christopher postures up.
LaVey keeping moving, preventing Christopher from controlling successfully.
LaVey is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Christopher dives into side control.

LaVey tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Christopher wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Christopher has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of LaVey's face.

The cut above Anton LaVey's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Christopher landing strikes from the mount and LaVey is in trouble!

Anton LaVey's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Anton LaVey's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
