The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

England tries to keep at a distance but Trooper has taken the fight into the clinch.
Trooper tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. England smiles and moves away.
Trooper uses good head movement to avoid the hook from England.
England goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Super Trooper has been cut.
Trooper tries to score a power double leg takedown but England sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Trooper somewhat.
England blocks a jab.

Trooper scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Trooper tries for a kimura but England is defending well.
England tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Trooper has hold of England's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and England manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Trooper jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… England is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by England and Trooper has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Trooper tries to advance to mount but England instead regains half guard.
England knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trooper on the ground.

Trooper is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Trooper shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as England sprawls well. England wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Trooper gets slowly back to his feet.

England throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

England bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Trooper! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

That has opened up Super Trooper's cut even more.
England tries to stand but Trooper is controlling from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Trooper is on top in guard.
Trooper throwing strikes but missing.
Trooper wants to control from the top but England keeps moving.
England can't keep his opponent in guard - Trooper advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Trooper is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for England!

England has left one of his arms exposed and Trooper doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. England screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
