Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Van Rijn throws a series of punches but Adams avoids them all with ease.
Van Rijn tries to bum rush Adams with a series of wild strikes but Adams uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dino Adams wasn't doing enough on the ground.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Van Rijn wants to stand and escape but Adams is having none of it.
Adams looking to sit in guard and control but Van Rijn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Van Rijn wants to get up but he can't break Adams's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Van Rijn tries a low kick but Adams avoids it.

Adams closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Van Rijn regains half guard there - taking advantage of Adams's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Van Rijn is staying active underneath Adams, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Van Rijn looks like he's trying to stand up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Dino Adams will probably get the nod.

After the fight, Mike Van Rijn was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
