The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
From Down Under throws a lazy right hand but Brit sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
From Down Under fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Brit misses with a jab, cross combination.
Brit takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
From Down Under misses with a looping right.
From Down Under throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
From Down Under tries to clinch there but Brit circles away.
From Down Under takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like The Purple From Down Under has been cut.
Brit swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brit lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
From Down Under throws the left hand but Brit avoids the punch easily.
Brit staying out of range there.
From Down Under jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Brit misses with a wild body shot.
Brit throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Brit throws a body punch but From Down Under moves out of range.

From Down Under throws an off balance right hand
and Brit counters with a body kick.
Brit fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
The Purple From Down Under seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brit. From Down Under does a little dance to reset his feet.

Brit steps into range and cracks From Down Under with a monster punch that buckles his knees! From Down Under flops backwards and Brit dives into his guard looking to finish!

The Purple From Down Under's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brit would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Oh From Down Under is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brit is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
From Down Under seems to have got his legs back now.
From Down Under will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
