Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Munch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James Green told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Munch throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Munch throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Munch keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Green.
Green has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Green there as he acknowledges the shot.
Munch swings for the body but Green moves out of range.

Nice straight punches there by Green. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Green.

Green swings around for an armbar but Munch sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Green's guard.

Green had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Munch defends it easily.
Munch wants to control from the top but Green keeps moving.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ray Munch will probably get the nod.

Green changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Munch tries to avoid it but Green manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Munch to the ground. Munch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Green counters with a nice double leg into side control. Munch won't be happy with that.
Munch is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Green has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Green is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Munch looks calm but he's in trouble here. Green gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Munch is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Green lets go of the hold and Munch can pop his arm back in it's socket.
