The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dobbs moves in looking to clinch but Aarons pushes him off.
Aarons throws a right and a left that Dobbs avoids nicely.
Aarons throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dobbs.
Aarons avoids the head kick by Dobbs.
Dobbs misses with a takedown attempt - Aarons sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dobbs fails in his attempt to clinch.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Aarons has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Aarons and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Dobbs tries for a takedown but Aarons sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dobbs shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Aarons but Aarons pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Aarons lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dobbs circles away quickly and effectively.

Dobbs tries to close the distance and clinch up but Aarons swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Dobbs is trying desperately to land a takedown but Aarons is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Dobbs.

Dobbs wants the takedown. Aarons is fighting it off but Dobbs persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Aarons's guard against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dobbs throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Aarons works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dobbs shoots in for a takedown but Aarons shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Aarons's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Dobbs tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Aarons smiles and moves away.
