Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Postiga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Postiga's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sexy and i Know It. Tommy Gunn looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Postiga clobbers Gunn with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Postiga fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gunn manages to avoid it.
Postiga tries to clinch but Gunn is having none of it.
Gunn dives in and grabs Postiga's left leg, looking for a takedown. Postiga pushes down on Gunn's head and hops out.
Gunn uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Postiga.
Gunn walks into a straight right hand from Postiga.

Gunn has taken the fight to the clinch.
Postiga misses with a punch on the inside.
Gunn tries to land knees in the clinch but Postiga avoids the damage to the body.
Postiga lands a body punch in the clinch.
Gunn looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gunn gets control of Postiga's arms and successfully pulls guard. Gunn will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Postiga wanted to stand there but Gunn had control of the position.
Postiga loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Gunn is trying to control the position but Postiga postures up.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

We're going to have a standup here because Sergio Postiga wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Gunn tries to move into range but Postiga moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Postiga slips a jab and a cross from Gunn.
Postiga tries to close the distance and clinch but Gunn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Gunn rushes Postiga and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Postiga struggles to land a body shot inside as Gunn controls his hands.

Postiga breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Gunn clinches.
Gunn misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Postiga.
Gunn tries to break free but Postiga pushes him back against the ropes.
Postiga scores with a nice hook to the head.

Postiga escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gunn looks to score with a jab to the body but Postiga is just out of range.
Postiga throws a leg kick which misses Gunn's front leg but catches the back leg as Gunn tries to avoid it.
Postiga fails in his attempt to clinch.

and Gunn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Postiga doesn't manage to clinch there - Gunn circles away.
Gunn is still on wobbly legs! Can Postiga finish him?
Gunn loses concentration momentarily and Postiga pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Gunn crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Postiga finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
