Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Cro Cop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by THE LAST OF THE MOHICANS. Cro Cop has chosen My Immortal as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tries for a takedown but Cro Cop circles away easily

and Cro Cop counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gracie won't be happy with that.
Gracie stops Cro Cop from passing to mount.

Cro Cop is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Gracie manages to get back to half guard.
Gracie keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Gracie trying to control but Cro Cop postures up.
Cro Cop is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Gracie reverses the position - he's now on top in Cro Cop's guard.

Gracie is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Cro Cop is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Cro Cop has escaped and now he's on top!
Gracie wants to sweep but no luck.

Cro Cop moves nicely into side control.
Cro Cop has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Gracie!

Cro Cop has hold of Gracie's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Gracie manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Gracie tries to hold on but Cro Cop postures up.
Gracie stops Cro Cop from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Cro Cop is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Gracie tries to reverse the position but Cro Cop maintains control.

Cro Cop blocks the strikes from Gracie.
Cro Cop trying to mount his opponent but Gracie defends it.
Cro Cop is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Cro Cop passes Gracie's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Cro Cop wants to free his trapped foot but Gracie is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Cro Cop is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Gracie!

Cro Cop is hanging on to Gracie's back as he tries to escape.
Well, with Cro Cop on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Gracie is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Cro Cop working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Gracie is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Cro Cop has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Gracie taps out!
