Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luther King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Fujichrome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fujichrome.
King connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fujichrome. Fujichrome circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Matthew Fujichrome has been cut.
Fujichrome fails with the takedown.
King's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and King duly obliges.
A momentary lapse in concentration from King enables Fujichrome to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. King manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
King is working an open guard so Fujichrome takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
King throws a series of strikes that have Fujichrome backpedaling.
Fujichrome shoots in but no luck this time.
Luther King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthew Fujichrome.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now King is on top in guard.
Fujichrome looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! King has picked Fujichrome up and slammed him! Fujichrome can't keep hold of the triangle and King manages to pass to side control!

King grinds an elbow into Fujichrome's temple.
Fujichrome is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked King off and has taken his back!
King controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Fujichrome seems to be working for a kimura but King defends the submission attempt.
King is pressing down on Fujichrome's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fujichrome prevents King from getting back to his feet.
King had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fujichrome defends it easily.
King looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
King trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
King has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Fujichrome is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for King.

Fujichrome is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but King is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
King is trying to improve his position.
King gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Fujichrome is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and King defends it well.

King is looking to escape.
King tries to roll over but Fujichrome keeps him under control.
Fujichrome is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. King doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fujichrome.
King wants to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
King feints a jab promting Fujichrome to slip. King then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fujichrome slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Fujichrome avoids the head kick by King.
King darts in trying to clinch
and Fujichrome moves into the clinch.
Fujichrome lands an elbow inside that King shrugs off.
Fujichrome with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Fujichrome comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Fujichrome keeps control of King as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Fujichrome breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
King lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fujichrome fails to land the takedown.
Fujichrome is breathing heavily.
Jab, jab by King - just one landing.

King pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fujichrome moves out of range as King throws a body kick.
King stuffs the takedown attempt from Fujichrome. Fujichrome gets slowly back to his feet.

King is looking to clinch.
King lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by King.
King throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
King throws a right hand that Fujichrome ducks under and follows up with a left that Fujichrome also avoids with ease.

King throws a series of punches but Fujichrome avoids them all with ease.
No joy there for King, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Luther King is winning the standup battle so far.
No luck for Fujichrome with that takedown attempt.

King throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
King is looking to clinch.
Luther King is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

King moves into range and connects with a jab.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as King checks a leg kick.
King tries to clinch up but Fujichrome circles away and keeps his distance.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fujichrome swats him away and circles back towards the center.
King throws a head kick that misses.
King feints a jab promting Fujichrome to slip. King then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fujichrome slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Fujichrome throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by King.
King lands with a straight right. Fujichrome didn't see that one coming.
Fujichrome is rocked!
King Throws a clean left jab. King Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Fujichrome's chin! Fujichrome crumbles to the ground and King follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by King!
