Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leto Atreides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Skaar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skaar has chosen The Game ft. Lil Wayne - Red Nation as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Skaar gets caught flat footed, as Atreides shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Atreides changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Skaar tries to avoid it but Atreides manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Skaar to the ground. Skaar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Skaar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Atreides.

Atreides wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Skaar thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Atreides's head.

Atreides is squirming around, avoiding Skaar's attempts to control the action.

Skaar loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Atreides scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Skaar land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Skaar stands and salutes the crowd.
