The crowd seem to be enjoying Slade's choice of entrance music: Billy Joel - Goodnight Saigon. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

It looks like Bat Slade has been cut.
Slade staying out of range there.
Bensmock throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Slade stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bensmock is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Slade.

It looks like Knocke Bensmock has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Slade dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bensmock. That did some damage!
Slade moves out of range of the strikes.
A telegraphed right hand from Bensmock misses the target.
Slade fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bensmock throws a lazy right hand but Slade sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bensmock showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Slade.
Bensmock connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Bensmock is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Slade.
Slade cracks Bensmock with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Slade throws a hook but Bensmock avoids it easily.
Slade moves out of range of the strikes.
Bensmock on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Slade works the jab nicely.

Bensmock is rocked!
Slade connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Bensmock covering up! Slade comes in with a big uppercut and Bensmock goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
