Silva swings wildly with an uppercut but Sentwali uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sentwali tries to break the clinch but Silva is controlling the position.
Silva keeps control of Sentwali as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Silva creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Silva changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sentwali fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

David Silva seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Sentwali, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Sentwali against the cage but Sentwali circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sentwali is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Silva cracks Sentwali with a big right hand but Sentwali just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Silva has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
