Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lewis McMurray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Buckley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buckley shoots in looking for a takedown but McMurray manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Buckley's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McMurray looks to land a right hand but Buckley moved out of range.
McMurray throws the left hand but Buckley avoids the punch easily.

and Buckley counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Buckley.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Buckley is looking to work some ground and pound but McMurray has wrist control.
McMurray preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Buckley won't allow McMurray to sweep him here.
McMurray pulls Buckley in close to prevent any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Buckley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Buckley postures up in McMurray's guard and throws a big left but McMurray blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McMurray bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Buckley's guard.

Buckley wants to sweep here but McMurray controlling him for the moment.
Buckley has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Lewis McMurray wasn't doing enough on the ground.

McMurray throws a hook to the side of Buckley's head but Buckley sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McMurray throws a looping overhand right but Buckley ducks down to avoid it.
McMurray misses with a straight left.

McMurray dips to his left and cracks Buckley with an uppercut!
McMurray tries to clinch up.

McMurray bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Buckley's head.

It looks like William Buckley has been cut.
McMurray lands a lovely overhand right.

Buckley misses with a takedown attempt - McMurray sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
McMurray tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Buckley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

McMurray wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Buckley has his takedown stuffed
and McMurray makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

McMurray fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Buckley, pushing him back against the cage.
Buckley is looking for a takedown up against the cage. McMurray gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Buckley has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by McMurray after a bit of a struggle.
McMurray lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

McMurray lands a left hand that snaps the head of Buckley backwards.

McMurray pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Donk. McMurray catches Buckley right on the button with a cross.
Buckley takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
McMurray lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Buckley falls backwards - clearly groggy! McMurray dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
