Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Turtle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Dignam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turtle comes into the arena with Raul's Wild Kingdom blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dignam moves into the clinch successfully.
Dignam is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Turtle for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Turtle will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Dignam up against the cage.

The referee is keeping an eye on Turtle - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Tommy Turtle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Dignam.
Dignam jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Turtle walks away with a smile on his face. Dignam gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Turtle pushes Dignam back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Turtle has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Dignam clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Turtle lands an elbow to the side of the head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Turtle is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Dignam slips nicely into half guard.

Dignam is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Turtle sees it coming and defends easily.
Turtle wants to get back to his feet.
Turtle is trying to maintain the position but Dignam is very close to passing his half guard.

Dignam seems to be working for a kimura but Turtle defends the submission attempt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Dignam seems to be looking for submissions.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dignam is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Turtle is aware though and is defending well.

Turtle is fighting to break Dignam's control of his arms but Dignam is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Dignam has his feet on Turtle's thighs here. He's pushed Turtle off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Turtle screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
