The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Land takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Gandhi sizes up Land with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Gandhi takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Land throws a nice outside leg kick.
Gandhi stalks Land and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Land's face. Land staggers backwards, shaken.
Land throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Gandhi checks the leg kick nicely there.
Gandhi's corner calls for a 1-2. Gandhi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Gandhi ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Gandhi throws a good cross that connects.
Gandhi cracks Land with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Gandhi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Land's head backwards.

Oh Land is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Land walks straight into a right hand from Gandhi - that's dropped him! Gandhi jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Land from any more punishment! Land complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
