Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Gallows (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Salek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rob Salek is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallows throws a right hand that Salek ducks under and follows up with a left that Salek also avoids with ease.
Gallows misses with a body kick.
Gallows throws a sloppy head kick and Salek moves out of range easily.
Gallows lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gallows throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Salek shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Salek tries to clinch there but Gallows circles away.
Gallows looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Salek is fending him off so far but Gallows persists. Nope, Salek circles away and we're back to standing.

Salek darts in and clinches Gallows up against the cage.

Salek breaks from the clinch.

Salek changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gallows looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Salek stands up.
Gallows swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gallows misses with a takedown attempt - Salek sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gallows stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Salek to get to his feet.

Gallows will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tyler Gallows seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Salek takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Gallows has taken the fight to the clinch.
Salek gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Gallows.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gallows fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Gallows shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Salek manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Gallows throws and elbow that misses. Salek uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Gallows's guard. Nice move by Salek!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gallows is on top in guard.

Gallows stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Salek swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gallows stands and steps away. Salek gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Gallows doesn't manage to clinch there - Salek circles away.
Salek leaves Gallows with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gallows throws a head kick but Salek moves out of range.

Salek moves into the clinch successfully.
Salek using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Gallows has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Gallows escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Salek throws a chopping leg kick but Gallows manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Gallows changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Salek tries to avoid it but Gallows manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Salek to the ground. Salek escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Salek. No joy for Gallows on that attempt.

Gallows throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salek's waist but Salek gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gallows off to one side.
Gallows shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Salek as he jumps to the side.
Salek works over Gallows's head and body with a nice combination.
Gallows lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Salek sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Gallows looks to land a combination. Salek sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Gallows connects with a high kick.
Gallows misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Salek shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gallows defends it nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Gallows. Those never looked like landing.
Gallows fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gallows tries to bum rush Salek with a series of wild strikes but Salek uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gallows looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Gallows in particular looking to stall.
Gallows's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
