Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Floyd Livingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Brashears (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Livingston comes to the cage accompanied by CCR - Fortunate Son. Brashears comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Walk by Pantera kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Floyd Livingston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon Brashears!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brashears misses with a head kick.
Brashears slaps away a takedown attempt from Livingston, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Livingston closes the distance and clinches up with Brashears, looking for a takedown. Livingston pushes Brashears against the cage but Brashears circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Livingston looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Floyd Livingston. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brashears throws a push kick but Livingston slaps the foot to one side.
Brashears misses with a wild combination.
Livingston fails with an attempt to clinch.

Livingston is trying to drag Brashears to the mat but Brashears just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Livingston has Brashears pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Brashears manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Livingston has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Brashears avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Brashears lands an elbow that stopped Livingston in his tracks for a moment.
Oh Livingston is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brashears has Livingston pressed against the cage. He pushes Livingston back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Brashears throws a beautiful elbow that sends Livingston crashing to the floor! Brashears piles on the pressure with more strikes! Livingston is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brandon Brashears!
A very excited looking Brandon Brashears made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
