Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Chamberlaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trevor Reese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevor Reese has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trevor Reese!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jorge Garcia and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reese shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chamberlaine as he jumps to the side.
Chamberlaine wants to slow Reese down by chopping away at his legs.
Chamberlaine closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Reese looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Chamberlaine is fending him off so far but Reese persists. Nope, Chamberlaine circles away and we're back to standing.
Reese tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chamberlaine swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Reese takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Chamberlaine tests Reese's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Chamberlaine works over Reese's head and body with a nice combination.
Reese closes the distance and clinches up with Chamberlaine, looking for a takedown. Reese pushes Chamberlaine against the cage but Chamberlaine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Chamberlaine rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Reese moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Reese throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chamberlaine does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Reese closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Chamberlaine to the mat! Chamberlaine manages to get full guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Travis Chamberlaine will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Chamberlaine swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Reese.

Reese feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Reese jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Chamberlaine is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Chamberlaine and Reese has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Reese tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chamberlaine swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Reese checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Reese tries to close the distance and clinch but Chamberlaine swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

I think Reese has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
