Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
VanRoth drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
VanRoth stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bobo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
VanRoth not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bobo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
VanRoth is looking to work some ground and pound but Bobo has wrist control.
VanRoth trying to control the position from guard on top but Bobo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

VanRoth might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bobo kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
VanRoth darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

VanRoth is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bobo is just riding it out for now. VanRoth eventually gives up the hold.

VanRoth is stalling here. Bobo is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! VanRoth seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Bobo has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bobo shoots in but VanRoth avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bobo tries to clinch up but VanRoth circles away and keeps his distance.

VanRoth is looking to take a break and control but Bobo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Bobo closes the distance and clinches up with VanRoth, looking for a takedown. Bobo pushes VanRoth against the cage but VanRoth circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Bobo counters with a shoot takedown. VanRoth fights it but they end up in guard.
Bobo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

and Bobo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
VanRoth tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bobo swivels and escapes.

VanRoth is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bobo has escaped the position, nice work there.

Bobo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

You can see the frustration on Bobo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bobo is looking to regain half guard here but VanRoth keeps moving and retains side control.

Bobo is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because VanRoth is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bobo tries to buck VanRoth off but VanRoth is having none of it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Oli Bobo will probably get the nod.
That's time! Bobo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Bobo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bobo stuffs the takedown attempt from VanRoth. VanRoth gets slowly back to his feet.

Bobo tries to bum rush VanRoth with a series of wild strikes but VanRoth uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bobo is trying to trip VanRoth. He has hold of a leg but VanRoth is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Bobo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Oli Bobo.
I think Bobo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
