Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ice throws a front kick aimed at Kreg's knee but Kreg avoids it well.
Ice throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ice takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kreg looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ice is fending him off so far but Kreg persists. Nope, Ice circles away and we're back to standing.

Ice gets tackled into the cage by Kreg. Kreg maintains the clinch.
Kreg jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ice walks away with a smile on his face. Kreg gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kreg swats away the attempt to clinch by Ice.
Ice tries to clinch but Kreg is having none of it.
Ice wants to clinch up but Kreg keeps it at a distance.
Mommy Ice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kreg moves into the clinch successfully.
Kreg blocks a body shot from Ice.
Kreg tries to score a body lock takedown but Ice shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Ice feints a jab promting Kreg to slip. Ice then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Kreg slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kreg fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ice to the ground. Kreg is now in Ice's guard.

Ice manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kreg manages to get himself to full guard.
Ice in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Ice won't allow Kreg to get back to his feet.
Ice controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ice lands a good knee to the midsection. Kreg won't want to take too many of those.

Mommy Ice seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Ice throws a leg kick which misses Kreg's front leg but catches the back leg as Kreg tries to avoid it.

Ice tries to close the distance and clinch but Kreg swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Mommy Ice is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Kreg seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
