Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alvaro Ibanez Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Alvaro Ibanez Santos was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roberts throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Santos was covering up waiting for the punch and Roberts finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Roberts is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Roberts fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Santos looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Santos shoots in looking for a takedown but Roberts manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Santos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Roberts.

Glenn Roberts overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Santos has momentary wrist control but Roberts slips an elbow through the middle.

Santos is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Roberts rolls with it to try and escape but Santos cranks on the arm and Roberts is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
