The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Mauser decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Soprano's guard.

Mauser feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Mauser pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mauser takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A telegraphed right hand from Soprano misses the target.
Mauser throws a lazy right hand but Soprano sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Soprano walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Mauser drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Soprano swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Mauser's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
