The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Alvy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Li counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Li tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Alvy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Alvy paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Li counters with a series of strikes. Alvy will be more careful next time no doubt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Li lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Li! Alvy is backing up but he can't get away as Li lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Alvy and ends the fight. Great knockout.
