The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jons wants to clinch but Bunker slips to the side

and Bunker holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Jons looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Bunker breaks from the clinch.
Bunker throws a big shot that misses.
Jons misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Bunker shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bunker showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Jons keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Bunker stands up and beckons Jons to join him on the feet.

Bunker drives through and clinches with Jons against the cage.
Jons is working for takedown but Bunker is calmly controlling the position for now.

Bunker has clasped his hands together around Jons's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Bunker has control of Jons's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jons regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Bunker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bunker tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bunker looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

and Bunker counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jons's guard now.
Bunker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jons can do to turn this around?

Bunker decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Jons finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Bunker's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Jons falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
