The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowron shoots in and bounces Nudd off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Nudd keeping moving, preventing Bowron from controlling successfully.
Bowron is really struggling to control Nudd but he's trying to hold on to the position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bowron accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Nudd is trying to control the position but Bowron postures up.
Bowron is looking to work some ground and pound but Nudd has wrist control.
Bowron advances to half guard.
Bowron sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nudd defending well though.
Bowron tries to pass the half guard into mount. Nudd knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Bowron in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Nudd tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Bowron!
