Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Copeland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Copeland's entrance music is think you know me . A fine choice. Brock Lesnar has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Adam Copeland's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Copeland counters with a two punch combo.

Lesnar is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Copeland's half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Copeland is looking to escape.

Lesnar is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Copeland is just riding it out for now. Lesnar eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lesnar dives in and grabs Copeland's left leg, looking for a takedown. Copeland pushes down on Lesnar's head and hops out.

Lesnar closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Copeland quickly recovers to half guard.

Lesnar throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Copeland was covering up waiting for the punch and Lesnar finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Lesnar stands and steps away. Copeland gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Copeland counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Lesnar fails with the takedown.
Lesnar tries to score a power double leg takedown but Copeland sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lesnar somewhat.

A nice right hand lands inside from Copeland.

Lesnar gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Copeland looking for a triangle here. Lesnar is fighting it but it looks tight! Copeland pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Lesnar is tapping out - this one is all over!
