PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Awesome Fred (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fred pinned against the cage. Fred gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sloppy strikes from Fred. Those never looked like landing.

Harris decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Harris throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Harris missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harris has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fred to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Harris is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fred pulls down on the head and he's put Harris to sleep! This one is all over!
