Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Arona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Youth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Youth fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Arona lands a big right hand that sends Youth crashing to the mat! Arona stays standing though and waves Youth back to his feet!

It looks like Mike Youth has been cut.

Youth throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Arona was covering up waiting for the punch and Youth finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Youth trying to control but Arona is working from the bottom.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Youth wants to get up but he can't break Arona's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Youth trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Youth stands up from Arona's guard - Youth perhaps looking for a knockout.
Arona throws a hook to the side of Youth's head but Youth sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Youth tries to clinch up.
Youth defending well as Arona loads up on a big left hand.
Arona ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Youth looks gassed!
Youth blocks the body kick.
Youth takes one on the button.
George Arona is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Youth switches off momentarily and Arona cracks him with a monster right hand! Youth topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Arona dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Arona!
