Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Werdum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Adams might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kronik. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Renato Werdum!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Werdum tries for a takedown but Adams circles away easily
and Adams counters with a nice double leg into side control. Werdum won't be happy with that.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Werdum is looking to reverse the position.
Adams wants to stand but Werdum is controlling his arm.
Werdum is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Werdum looking for submissions off his back.
Werdum looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Adams decides to stand and escape the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Adams misses with a two punch combination.

and Adams counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Werdum's guard now.
Werdum is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Adams is aware though and is defending well.
Adams wants to control from the top but Werdum keeps moving.
Werdum looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Adams avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Werdum manages to reverse the position and now he's in Adams's guard. Nice work there by Werdum.
Werdum drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Adams dives on top into guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Adams content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Adams trying to control the position from guard on top but Werdum is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Adams not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Adams thows a big elbow that misses.
Werdum has his feet on Adams's thighs here. He's pushed Adams off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Adams screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
