The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shackleford throws a one two combo.
Gustafsson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Gustafsson takes a head kick and keeps coming.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Gustafsson goes for a takedown attempt but Shackleford pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Gustafsson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Gustafsson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Shackleford avoids it really well and circles away.
