Nagatomo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is RAWR. George Nagatomo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mauer Zajzon's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagatomo throws a head kick that misses.
George Nagatomo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nagatomo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nagatomo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zajzon.
Nagatomo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Nagatomo connects with a high kick.
Zajzon misses with a takedown attempt - Nagatomo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A head kick misses from Nagatomo.
Zajzon dives in and grabs Nagatomo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nagatomo pushes down on Zajzon's head and hops out.
George Nagatomo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mauer Zajzon.

Zajzon is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nagatomo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

The fighters circle, before Nagatomo throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Zajzon's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Nagatomo lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
