The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Domingues gets caught flat footed, as Jokokoshima shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Domingues keeping moving, preventing Jokokoshima from controlling successfully.
Jokokoshima wants to stand and escape but instead Domingues has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Jokokoshima looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Domingues wants to pass the guard but Jokokoshima is keeping the position.
Jokokoshima really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Domingues. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Domingues trying to control but Jokokoshima is working from the bottom.
Domingues works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Domingues has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Domingues missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Domingues is looking for a kimura but Jokokoshima is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Domingues to get the leverage.
Domingues wants to pass to mount but Jokokoshima is defending the position.
Domingues seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Domingues uses his free foot to push down on Jokokoshima's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jokokoshima.

Domingues looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Domingues swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
