Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Burbank Bulldog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brent Celek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bulldog kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is British Bulldog. Celek has chosen 40 oz as his entrance music. Brent Celek has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Burbank Bulldog!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Brent Celek!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulldog closes the distance and clinches up with Celek, looking for a takedown. Bulldog pushes Celek against the cage but Celek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Celek throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bulldog counters with a left and a right that stings Celek.
Celek lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Celek waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bulldog.
Bulldog decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bulldog prevents Celek from improving his position.
Celek is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Bulldog is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Celek sees it coming and defends easily.
Celek is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Celek is concentrating on defense, preventing Bulldog from advancing position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bulldog trying to mount his opponent but Celek defends it.

Celek moves into full guard.
Celek looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bulldog is looking to stand up but Celek won't let him.
Celek manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bulldog manages to get himself to full guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Celek's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Bulldog wants to stand and escape but Celek is having none of it.
Celek looking to pass the guard.
Bulldog avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Celek throws and elbow that misses. Bulldog uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Celek's guard. Nice move by Bulldog!
Celek wants to sweep but no luck.

Bulldog trying to control the position from guard on top but Celek is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bulldog sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Celek lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bulldog!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bulldog is in all sorts of trouble here.
Celek is landing with some decent strikes but Bulldog is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bulldog is bucking up trying to escape but Celek cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Celek has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bulldog's face.
Celek lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Celek scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Bulldog?
