Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Son Wukong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ibi Dikki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dikki is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ibi Dikki!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dikki shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Wukong makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wukong.
Dikki throws a big right hand that misses.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dikki accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wukong has his hands on Dikki's head, controlling the position.
Wukong avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dikki working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Dikki wants to control from the top but Wukong keeps moving.
Dikki content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Dikki looking to sit in guard and control but Wukong gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Wukong decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dikki, up you get!
Wukong lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dikki backs up against the cage.
Son Wukong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wukong throws a series of punches but Dikki avoids them all with ease.
Wukong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Dikki changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wukong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Dikki goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Wukong has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dikki but great work by Wukong.
Dikki gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Wukong throwing shots but Dikki is blocking nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dikki wants to improve his position but Wukong is controlling well.
Wukong wants to stand up but Dikki has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Wukong not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Dikki is not content to let Wukong control the position.
Wukong thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Dikki is trying to get back to full guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wukong connects with a nice short shot to Dikki's temple.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Wukong throwing shots but Dikki is blocking nicely.
Wukong thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dikki's head.
Wukong slips a nice elbow through Dikki's hands, connecting with Dikki's forehead.
Dikki has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Dikki flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Wukong lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Wukong with the ground and pound but Dikki uses the opportunity to regain guard.

Dikki is working an open guard so Wukong takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Wukong tries to bum rush Dikki with a series of wild strikes but Dikki uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dikki blocks the body kick.
Wukong tries to clinch but Dikki is having none of it.
Wukong misses with a leg kick

and Dikki counters with a shoot takedown. Wukong fights it but they end up in guard.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dikki thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dikki engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Dikki drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wukong manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dikki has Wukong in his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Ibi Dikki will probably get the nod.

Wukong tries a head kick but it misses.
Wukong throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Wukong throws a right and a left that Dikki avoids nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wukong thows a body shot but no joy.
Wukong works over Dikki's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Ibi Dikki has been cut.

Wukong fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Dikki is out of range.
Wukong throws a shot to the body.
Dikki takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Dikki looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wukong is fending him off so far but Dikki persists. Nope, Wukong circles away and we're back to standing.

Wukong pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dikki slips a jab and a cross from Wukong.

Dikki tries to get into range but Wukong steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Dikki! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Wukong scores the big KO victory!
