Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Materson!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from George Iv does no damage.
George Iv lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Materson circles away quickly and effectively.

It looks like Mike Materson has been cut.
Materson shoots for a takedown but George Iv saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
George Iv misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

George Iv scores with a one two! Materson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
George Iv leaves Materson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
King George Iv seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Materson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. George Iv tries to avoid it but Materson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag George Iv to the ground. George Iv escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Materson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Materson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
