Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Slate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilham Aliyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slate comes to the cage accompanied by Some song he made last night. The crowd seem to be enjoying Aliyev's choice of entrance music: Why Can't We Be Friends? . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aliyev tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slate swivels and escapes.
Slate throws a hook but Aliyev blocks it.
Aliyev with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Slate to score with a decent uppercut.
Aliyev fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Slate lands a head shot.
A jab from Slate does it's job there.
Slate keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Jesus Slate has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ilham Aliyev.

Slate shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Slate was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Aliyev is squirming around, avoiding Slate's attempts to control the action.

Aliyev tries to hold on but Slate pushes him away.
