Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between William Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milani Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua has chosen Armin Van Buuren - Sail as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rua as he avoids it easily.
Rua fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dee manages to avoid it.
No joy there for Rua, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rua has a takedown stuffed.
Rua shoots in looking for a takedown. Dee tries to sprawl out of it but Rua keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No joy there for Rua, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rua swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rua's waist but Rua gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dee off to one side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rua throws a nice looking combination but Dee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Rua clinches up with Dee and pushes him back against the cage.

Rua breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dee shoots in for a takedown but Rua shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Dee. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nice takedown defense from Rua. No joy for Dee on that attempt.
Dee fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Rua misses with a wild body shot.
Rua wants to clinch up but Dee keeps it at a distance.
Dee shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
William Dee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dee tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Rua counters with a body kick that stops Dee in his tracks momentarily.
Dee tries to clinch but Rua moves away
and Rua counters with an inside leg kick.
Dee shoots for a takedown but Rua saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rua lands a slapping body shot.
Dee is breathing heavily.
Rua lands a big head kick that sends Dee to the canvas! Rua follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
