Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matti Puhakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen MIssion Impossible Theme as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puhakka is looking to clinch.
Puhakka doesn't manage to clinch there - Silva circles away.
Silva throws a series of strikes that have Puhakka backpedaling.

It looks like Matti Puhakka has been cut.
Puhakka is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Silva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Puhakka, pushing him back against the cage.

Puhakka wants to stand but Silva is controlling his posture from full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Silva is on top in guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Silva counters with a series of strikes. Puhakka will be more careful next time no doubt.
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Puhakka but Puhakka pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Puhakka tries to close the distance and clinch but Silva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Silva is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Puhakka hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
