Jackson has chosen Real American as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Jackson counters with a straight right hand.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rock but Rock pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Rock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively.
Jackson cracks Rock with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Rock closes the distance looking to clinch
and Jackson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rock lands a head kick. Jackson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Rock scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Jackson land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Jackson stands and salutes the crowd.
