These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacLeod uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nasty.
Nasty ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Nasty bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nasty pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
MacLeod looks to land a right hand but Nasty moved out of range.
Nasty lands a nice hook to MacLeod's body. MacLeod takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
MacLeod tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Nasty dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nasty misses with a looping right.
MacLeod connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nasty momentarily.
Crunch! MacLeod slams his shin into Nasty's torso.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nasty fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. MacLeod looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fight stays on the outside here - MacLeod looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nasty misses the shot to the body.
MacLeod scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Nasty ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nasty looks to score with a jab to the body but MacLeod is just out of range.
Richard Nasty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacLeod uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nasty.

Nasty takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Nasty is breathing heavily.
MacLeod lands a nice hook to Nasty's body. Nasty takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
MacLeod misses with a wild body shot.
Nasty takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

MacLeod lands a hook that stumbles Nasty back into the cage. MacLeod follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Nasty to the canvas! MacLeod pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Nasty has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
