Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Paulo Kang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Scott Pilgrim !
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pilgrim on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Kang changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kang connects with a single shot there.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pilgrim lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kang has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kang and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pilgrim looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A cross from Kang lands.
A low kick from Pilgrim is predictable there
and Kang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pilgrim throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pilgrim throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Kang drops Pilgrim with a beautiful combination! Pilgrim stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kang is looking for the KO!

Pilgrim is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kang lands a right hook to the body.
Pilgrim is still on wobbly legs! Can Kang finish him?
Kang with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Pilgrim takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Pilgrim seems to have recovered his senses.
Pilgrim looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kang moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The fighters circle, before Kang throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Pilgrim 's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Kang lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Paulo Kang!
Paulo Kang was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
