The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Finish is defended easily by LaRusso.
Finish scores with a head kick.

It looks like Daniel LaRusso has been cut.
Finish throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
LaRusso throws a head kick that Finish semi-blocks.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
LaRusso buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Finish lands a slapping body shot.
LaRusso misses with a head kick.
Finish tries a head kick but it misses.
LaRusso tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Finish was well out of range. Poor timing from LaRusso.

and LaRusso connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Finish swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and LaRusso counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Finish throws a left and a right that both miss
and LaRusso counters with a solid body kick.
Finish is breathing heavily.

Blitz Finish seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Finish misses with a lunging right hand
and LaRusso counters with a nice low kick that buckles Finish's knee momentarily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Finish takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

LaRusso seems to be stalking Finish here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Finish drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
