The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Smith misses.
Los Mentos throws a series of punches but Smith avoids them all with ease.
Los Mentos rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smith moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Los Mentos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Smith moves forwards but Los Mentos connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Smith gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Smith prevents Los Mentos from breaking the clinch.
Los Mentos tries to break the clinch but Smith is controlling the position.
Smith jumps into guard, dragging Los Mentos to the mat.
Smith wants to sweep but no luck.
Smith looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Los Mentos is defending well. Smith quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Los Mentos has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Smith celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
