Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dutch Snake Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Fitzwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snake Hunter shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Well, if Snake Hunter is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Fitzwell is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Fitzwell is defending against the submission attempts here by Snake Hunter.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Snake Hunter is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fitzwell is just riding it out for now. Snake Hunter eventually gives up the hold.
Fitzwell really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Snake Hunter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Snake Hunter is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Fitzwell still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Fitzwell has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Snake Hunter has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Fitzwell lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Dutch Snake Hunter has been cut.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Fitzwell , as that shot connected.
Fitzwell misses with a straight right.
Fitzwell throws a nice looking combination but Snake Hunter bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Snake Hunter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Snake Hunter throws a hook to the side of Fitzwell 's head but Fitzwell sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Fitzwell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Snake Hunter moves away.
Snake Hunter moves out of range as Fitzwell strikes.
Snake Hunter tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fitzwell sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Snake Hunter somewhat.
Snake Hunter shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fitzwell but Fitzwell pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Fitzwell ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Oh Snake Hunter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fitzwell is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Fitzwell shuts the power down on Snake Hunter. Lights out, game over! Fitzwell is your winner.
