The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a quick inside leg kick.
Kwala looks for the body kick but Williams saw that one coming.
Williams shoots in but Kwala avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Williams tries to clinch but Kwala is having none of it.
Williams uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kwala has time to react.
Kwala shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Williams sprawls well. Williams wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kwala gets slowly back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kwala swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Good leg kick by Williams there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Williams is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kwala is just riding it out for now. Williams eventually gives up the hold.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Kwala. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Williams drops Kwala with a right and a left! Williams comes rushing in but Kwala regains his composure and manages to keep Williams in guard.
